From production operators to engineers, technicians to specialists, sales to leadership, we are always looking for top talent ready to bring their best.  Come grow with us!Plan, schedule, and manage daily production activities to meet customer and business requirements.Lead and support Lean manufacturing initiatives focused on waste reduction, efficiency, and standardization.Implement, maintain, and audit 5S standards across all production areas.Monitor production metrics including safety, quality, delivery, and cost; initiate corrective actions as needed.Ensure compliance with quality management systems (ISO 9001) and internal procedures.Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and employees.Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety policies and regulations.Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to achieve operational goals.Support continuous improvement activities including Kaizen events and standard work development.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of manufacturing experience with supervisory or management responsibility.Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing tools and 5S implementation.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience working within ISO 9001 or similar quality systems preferred.Performance MeasuresSafety performanceProduction output and schedule adherenceQuality metrics including scrap and reworkLabor efficiency and cost control5S audit results and continuous improvement outcomesWork Schedule: Requires onsite attendanceAt Alkegen, we strive every day to help people – ALL PEOPLE – breathe easier, live greener and go further than ever before.
