Plastic Surgeon OpportunityHealthcare United is seeking a Plastic Surgeon to launch and build a brand-new plastic surgery program in East Central Illinois. This is a ground-floor opportunity to establish a practice with genuine autonomy, supported by an expanding, financially stable regional health system with modern surgical facilities, an established referral network, and no local competition for these services.This position offers a mix of reconstructive and cosmetic practice shaped to your interests and training. Candidates seeking program-building autonomy, strong earning potential, and committed institutional backing will find this to be an outstanding opportunity.Responsibilities include:Establish and grow a comprehensive plastic surgery program within the communityPerform reconstructive procedures including breast, skin cancer, and post-surgical reconstructionDevelop a cosmetic practice aligned with your interests and market demandHelp define OR block time, clinic workflows, staffing, and equipment needsCollaborate with general surgery, ENT, dermatology, and primary care on referralsProvide consultations, follow-up care, and treatment planningMaintain accurate and timely EMR documentationDeliver patient-focused, quality-driven careRequirements include:MD or DO degree requiredBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic SurgeryEligible for or active Illinois medical licenseInterest in program-building; experienced surgeons and confident new graduates welcomeMust be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not availableBenefits include:Expected base salary range $500,000 – $600,000+Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance availableModern surgical facilities and dedicated support staffCME days plus annual CME allowanceComprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefitsRetirement/pension plan and paid malpractice coverageIf you are seeking a collegial practice with excellent support and resources, contact Healthcare United today.
