ROLE DESCRIPTION The Digital Marketing Intern is a full-time, hybrid position based in Houston, TX, with flexibility for occasional remote work. This role is designed for someone eager to gain real-world agency experience while working alongside account managers, strategists, designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators. You\'ll support marketing initiatives for luxury hospitality, lifestyle, retail, home, real estate, and consumer brands while gaining hands-on exposure to every stage of the creative and marketing process. No two days are the same. One day you may assist on a hotel content shoot, coordinate influencer partnerships, brainstorm campaign concepts, or help prepare client presentations. The next, you\'ll create and schedule social media content, research industry trends, analyze campaign performance, engage with online communities, or support paid media initiatives. You\'ll also help maintain content calendars, assist with email marketing, prepare analytics reports, and collaborate across departments to ensure every project is delivered with excellence. This internship is ideal for someone who is creative, highly organized, eager to learn, and excited by the pace of agency life. You\'ll be given meaningful responsibilities, mentorship from experienced marketers, and opportunities to contribute to client work from day one. QUALIFICATIONS Passion for digital marketing, social media, content creation, and creative storytelling. Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive attitude. Comfortable using Canva, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Later, or other marketing tools is a plus. Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms. Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics and social media reporting. Interest in influencer marketing, branding, photography, video production, and creative strategy. Ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative and ownership of assigned projects. Receptive to feedback with a genuine desire to learn and continuously improve. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
