What You’ll Do Manage and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns Serve as a key contact for clients—building long‑term, consultative relationships Assist in tax planning, research, and identifying opportunities for clients Mentor and guide staff‑level team members Collaborate directly with Managers and Partners on complex engagements Support process improvements and help shape the future of the department What They’re Looking For 2‑3+ years of public accounting tax experience CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred Strong technical knowledge and willingness to continue learning Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships Someone who thrives in a collaborative, people‑focused environment Why This Firm?
