Leading tier I automotive supplier is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to work in their process-oriented finance and accounting team. Reporting to a Sr. Manager with 25 years at the company, you will work closely with site managers. Your responsibilities include: Generate and analyze monthly P&L reports across various business segments to provide actionable insights. Present and discuss monthly financial performance and analysis with site leadership and relevant stakeholders. Manage the upload of financial data (budget, forecast, actuals) into the accounting system, ensuring data integrity. Investigate and explain monthly financial variances with site and department managers. Develop and present forward-looking monthly forecasts, including key financial statements. Lead the end-to-end budget development process, collaborating with teams to meet financial targets. Support sales with financial data and ad-hoc analysis for negotiations. Partner in new product introduction by providing relevant financial analysis. Collaborate on launching the new consolidated accounting system. Act as a finance business partner for site management, providing strategic guidance. Handle other tasks as required to contribute to team objectives. This role requires excellent communication, presentation skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable in an open office setting with up to six colleagues. REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Minimum of three years in a financial or cost analyst role in manufacturing Experience with budgeting and forecasting Knowledge of cost accounting analysis Strong financial analysis skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups) Preferred but not required skills: ERP experience CapEx accounting analysis P&L analysis Working knowledge of IFRS Reasons to work here: Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits starting the first month after 30 days.
