This position will be 90% phone triage and 10% in clinic support of provider. Special Procedures/Unit Details : Coordinating care for patients. This includes setting patients up with appointments of port placements, imaging, labs, infusion room, etc. Providing education to patients about treatment and leading patients through treatment. Answering telephone triage which could be for symptom management concerns or coordinating care. The following criteria must be met in two attempts: Adult Exam: 100% identification of lethal rhythms: Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole No incorrect answers on questions regarding 3 rd degree heart blocks [1 incorrect answer will cause failure] Passing score of 80% or higher Pediatric Exam Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole, and sinus bradycardia Passing score of 80% or higher Attempts: Traveler will have two attempts to pass. If the traveler fails the second attempt they will submit a certificate of completion of a cardiac interpretation review course to Vaya before a third attempt will be assigned. If the traveler does not pass after three attempts the assignment will be cancelled.
