Shift Leader

Job Description

The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in managing daily operations during a single shift to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient store performance. This position involves leading the team, overseeing inventory, handling cash, and maintaining compliance with company standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve conflicts effectively
Manage inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment
Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
Train and mentor staff to maintain high performance standards
Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Prepare reports on shift activities and operational metrics

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in retail or customer service

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
