Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for processing Sales Orders for their assigned customer group. Serving as the primary internal support resource for assigned customers, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), sales representatives, and related departments, this role coordinates the complete sales order process—from quotation through shipment, invoicing, and project completion—while delivering exceptional customer service.
Order & Quote Processing
Process quotes for assigned customers regarding inquiries and requests Coordinate delivery dates, review contracts, answer inquiries, and communicate effectively with customers, sales reps, RSMs, and parent company Process Purchase and Sales Order forms, PO receipt confirmations, contract reviews, receiving documents, etc. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product availability, including changes and updates to product lists
Logistics & Project Coordination
Arrange machine nozzle details and confirm custom specification processes (such as service requests and item transfers) Process transportation-related documents, including custom invoices, shipping instructions (SI), packing lists, AWBs, transport bookings, and delivery information
Closing & Customer Support
Execute closing processes, including billing invoices, down payments, and RMAs Track order status, keep abreast of updates, and proactively notify customers and internal parties Provide reception and call center support duties Utilize SAP through internal and external training, and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
Working Hours / Working style
Full-time Ability to work overtime as needed with short notice

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting sales, customer service, or account management Experience in a machine sales environment preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with advanced Excel skills SAP & Salesforce experience preferred Demonstrated ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and use independent judgment Physical capabilities: Ability to use computer/keyboard/phone, lift 10 lbs minimum daily, and perform light office physical activities
