Compensation Pay or shift range: $59,000 to $61,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Job Title: Case Manager General Responsibilities: CGS is looking for a passionate and empathetic Case Manager for our unaccompanied minors program. As a case manager, you will be responsible for maintaining direct contact with each child/youth assigned, and maintaining contact with the child's youth family to the extent possible—conducting case management tasks. Provide services focused on completing safe and efficient family reunification. Required Skills: BSW or another Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or another relevant social services or behavioral field. Minimum 2 years of employment experience in appropriate areas. Desired Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills. Effective communicator with excellent writing and speaking skills.
