Property Tax Consultant--Real Property

Great opportunity with a National Tax Consulting company! Our client is growing and adding to their team. About the Role Execute real estate property tax administration for a portfolio of primarily CRE properties across Texas, as well as a small percentage of out-of-state clients. Drive down taxable value through varying valuation and negotiation methods. Prepare well-organized client information and supporting documentation requests. Maintain positive relationships with assessor and tax jurisdiction personnel. Prepare assessment appeal support docs and negotiate values with assessors. Qualifications 1-3 years of previous Commercial Real Estate (CRE) tax consulting or CRE appraisal and general property tax consulting experience. Previous experience with multi-state Real Estate/Property Tax work a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr S+H Search
