Warehouse Receiving Clerk

Riverside, March Air Reserve Base, CA 92518, USA Description At Concordance Healthcare Solutions, we provide dynamic supply chain solutions to the healthcare continuum. We have an opening for a full‑time Receiving Clerk at our Riverside location. The primary role is to unload, sort, and check-in freight with high accuracy, move palletized product to correct warehouse locations, and rotate material as needed. Essential Functions Unload incoming trucks, accurately sort and check in freight, break down product as needed. Learn and execute all aspects of the Receiving Department operations. Perform the RF scanning process in receiving using handheld electronic devices to accurately record quantities and locations. Adhere to all customer requests according to established policies. Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and perform general custodial duties when needed. Work proactively to foster a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere. Operate all warehouse equipment safely, report mechanical issues, and maintain assigned equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience. Prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred; order picker/fork lift experience highly desired. Willingness to operate or learn powered industrial equipment, including order picker, walker‑rider, electronic pallet jack, and work at heights up to 25 ft. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision. Excellent attendance history. Basic math skills. Physical capability to perform typical Receiving Clerk motions—bending, reaching, stretching, walking, pushing carts, standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 lbs, and pushing/pulling carts weighing 100 lbs or more— with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to handle stress while maintaining a positive attitude. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Successful background check and drug screening.
