We're partnering with our client, a prestigious global law firm, to find a talented Senior Human Resources Business Partner. This permanent role is based in our client's office in D.C., supporting a complex organizational environment. The position offers the opportunity to act as a strategic HR advisor and drive organizational success through talent and performance management. Senior Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities: Act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, aligning HR strategies with business goals. Develop an understanding of operational needs to support growth and organizational priorities. Lead initiatives related to change management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. Partner with HR leadership to analyze workforce data and recommend process improvements. Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, reviews, and offboarding activities. Senior Human Resources Business Partner Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 8+ years of progressive HR management experience in large, complex organizations. Experience working within a professional services or similar environment is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HRIS systems, with UKG experience a plus. Knowledge of multi-state employment laws, employee relations, and organizational development; certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr ONWARD SEARCH
