Job Description Job Description Administrative Assistant/CNA - Health Care Location: Fayetteville, Ga (in the office daily - Monday through Friday) Full Time Position- Entry Level Position Salary: Negotiable Qualifications •Prefers for the candidate to already be a CNA. •Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. •Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) •Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks •Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems •Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information •Fayetteville, GA 30215: Relocate before starting work (Required) Responsibilities •Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner •Perform clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents •Complete with administrative duties, including data entry and calendar management; must have Microsoft Excel experience •Must have excellent knowledge of computers and be able to troubleshoot tech issues. •Greet and assist visitors at the front desk •Provide support to staff as needed Benefits •Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour •Expected hours: 40 per week •8 hour shift.
