Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist with both inpatient and outpatient expertise. The workload is approximately evenly divided between inpatient and outpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license.
• Relevant experience in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
