The RN will assess patients upon admission, utilizing appropriate interview techniques to gather past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests. In addition, they will play a vital role in planning and implementing a comprehensive care plan under the direction of a Physician. Job Requirements:\n \n Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. \n Active RN license in New Hampshire required or eligibility to obtain. \n BLS certification required. \n ACLS certification required. \n Essential Job Functions: Assessment:\n \n Able to perform standard assessments using basic medical equipment. \n Medication Administration:\n \n Visual acuity is required. \n Hand-eye coordination is essential. \n Communication and Documentation:\n \n Maintains patient confidentiality at all times. \n Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. \n Patient Safety:\n \n Complies with standards of job analysis forms. \n Interpersonal Skills:\n \n Interacts positively with team members and patients. \n Respects the patient's culture, lifestyle, religion, and age when planning or implementing care. \n Accepts constructive criticism and handles emotional reactions in a positive manner. \n Qualifications:\n \n Graduate from an approved School of Nursing. \n Current New Hampshire RN license required or eligibility to obtain. \n Clinical experience is preferred. \n Professional Activities:\n \n Membership in a professional nursing organization is encouraged. \n Certification in specialty areas is preferred. \n Shift Information:\n \n 3 x 12 Mid/Evening Shift - 9 AM to 9 PM. \n Holiday coverage is required. \n Certifications and Requirements:\n \n ACLS certification required. \n BLS/BCLS certification required. \n PALS certification preferred. \n Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification preferred. \n \n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID 37902659.
