Role Overview We are looking for a Cost Analyst to join our FP&A team supporting the Company’s manufacturing operations. As an integral member of the FP&A team, your responsibility is to provide high‑caliber financial and business information that is insightful and actionable, enabling effective decision‑making at all levels of the Company. Responsibilities Partner with Finance, Engineering, and Operations to determine product costs, bill of materials (BOM), and overhead for accurate costing. Conduct detailed analysis of actual cost details, Buy/Sell Models, consigned vs. turnkey, BOMs, and overhead. Analyze production variances and purchase commitments for actuals and quarterly/multi‑year forecasts, explaining and resolving fluctuations. Participate in monthly and quarterly close processes and reconciliation. Lead inventory forecast and supply/demand analysis, conduct quarterly inventory reserve analysis, and generate management reports. Identify and support continual process and procedure improvements to increase data analysis efficiency. Create relevant ad hoc analyses for business insight and support key strategic finance initiatives. Support continuous operational improvements and system/tool automation for efficient big‑data analytics. Qualifications BS/BA in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience); MBA or advanced degree a plus. 8+ years of finance experience within a global hardware technology company, supporting manufacturing operations and/or business divisions. Understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory, and cost accounting; semiconductor experience is a plus. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or other leading ERP. Advanced proficiency with Excel. Experience with SAP, AI Automation tools (Cursor, Claude Code), Power BI/Query, Tableau, or other finance applications/visualization tools is a plus. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of bridging finance and operations. Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with teams to identify and tackle problems enthusiastically. Ways to Stand Out Strong financial and manufacturing knowledge with semiconductor experience. Proven track record of establishing relationships with cross‑functional business partners. Enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment with multiple priorities. Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary: $128,000 – $201,250 (Level4) or $168,000 – $258,750 (Level5).
