Student Employment Advisor

Full-Time | 100% On-Site

Are you passionate about helping students launch successful careers? We’re seeking a Student Employment Advisor to support students and graduates with career coaching, employer connections, and job placement support. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring others, building professional relationships, and making a lasting impact in students’ lives.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain relationships with local employers and community partners
Support students with resumes, interviewing, career planning, and job search strategies
Coordinate externships and connect students with employment opportunities
Conduct outreach through networking, employer visits, and follow-up communication
Lead workshops and presentations focused on career readiness and professional development
Track student placements, certifications, and activity metrics
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with campus standards
Support campus events, graduations, and student engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, career services, admissions, workforce development, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database/student record systems
