Software Sales Account Executive

Our client is seeking to hire three Mid-Market Account Executives to market software solutions that enhance security and safeguard business assets. There are two positions available for the Pacific or Mountain time zones, and one position for the Eastern or Central time zones. Consideration may also be given to Enterprise-level candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones.Develop your territory with the assistance of technical experts, marketing teams, and channel partners, in addition to unlimited earning potential through commissions.Role ResponsibilitiesEngage with CISOs, CIOs, IT leaders, and business decision-makers to assess security requirements and purchasing priorities.Oversee opportunities from inception and qualification through technical assessments, negotiations, procurement, and closure.Promote customer acquisition through outbound prospecting, referrals, and collaboration with partners.Collaborate with Sales Engineers on solution discussions, presentations, and business justifications.Maintain territory plans, CRM data, pipeline activities, and precise sales projections.Coordinate with Customer Success, marketing teams, and channel partners to advance sales opportunities.Qualifications NeededPrior experience in B2B software sales focusing on SaaS, cybersecurity, or identity management solutions.Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM), credential security, or anti-phishing measures is highly relevant.Demonstrated achievements in acquiring new clients and meeting revenue targets.Ability to navigate through multiple stakeholders, technical assessments, and business negotiations.Strong skills in discovery, presentation, and consultative sales techniques.Previous experience in closing deals within the mid-market segment or a substantial SMB/commercial sales background handling complex transactions.Preference for collaboration with partners and familiarity with MEDDIC or similar qualification methods.Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.Location and Compensation DetailsMid-Market: Two positions available in Pacific/Mountain regions and one in the Eastern/Central time zones. Base salary of up to $75,000 with on-target earnings reaching $200,000.For Enterprise consideration: Candidates in Eastern/Central time zones only. Base salary up to $125,000 with on-target earnings of $250,000.Both levels include uncapped commissions.
