BECOMING OUR RESTAURANT FOOD RUNNER - SERVING ASSISTANT

Schedule:

This full-time position requires flexibility, with shifts ranging from 4-8 hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Occasionally, split shifts (doubles) may be scheduled to accommodate our dynamic operational needs.

Day-to-Day:

As our Restaurant Food Runner - Serving Assistant, you play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of orders from waiters to the kitchen, eliminating obstacles in service, and maintaining a presentable dining environment. Picture yourself delivering first-class service, supporting your team, and assisting in the final preparation of dishes. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of the food and beverage or hospitality industry
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time as well as lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Professional and genuine
• Works well with others
• Strong attention to detail

Having 1+ years of restaurant experience is preferred. Host and club experience is a plus!
