Principal Gifts Officer

Overview ZRG Aspen Leadership Group, in partnership with Florida International University, is seeking a Principal Gifts Officer to lead the development and execution of a strategic plan to secure investments of $1,000,000 and above, supporting FIU’s mission and vision and advancing campaign priorities aligned with the institutional strategic plan. Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic plan to secure major gifts of $1,000,000 and above. Lead engagement and management with high‑capacity donors and prospects. Collaborate with senior leadership, academic and administrative leaders to align donor relationships with FIU’s mission and strategic plan. Serve as lead facilitator and manager for the Division of University Advancement. Foster and build relationships with high‑capacity donors and prospects. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree and seven years of fundraising experience, or corporate development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Florida International University will consider candidates with a broad range of backgrounds.
