Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.” Key Responsibilities: 1 To perform DoE execution, analysis & interpretation of data for upstream process development taking technical calls, discussions, investigations, etc. for project.2 To perform operation of Bioreactors/Fermenters and associated equipment required for handling of Mammalian and Microbial Upstream process development. Provide technical inputs for upstream process leveraging fermentation/ cell, bioreactor engineering, and in-process analytics.3. To analyze in-process sample analysis like Metabolites, cell counts etc. for current running projects.4. To Operate and manage uses of equipment’s like Autoclave, Hot air oven, centrifuge and other associated equipment used for upstream process development.5. Preparation and execution of documents as per laid down Quality procedures for upstream process development and technology transfer.6. Preparation of SOP, Support for Equipment qualification, Calibration pertaining to upstream process as per laid down procedures.7. Ensure quality compliance in Biotechnology Upstream laboratory as per Quality standards requirements.Travel EstimateNAJob RequirementsEducational QualificationM.SC./ in Biochemistry / Life Sciences / Biotechnology.Experience Tenure: 4 – 8 yrs.
