Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks to ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations. Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of maintenance staff, ensuring safety protocols and procedures are followed. Respond to guest maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to resolve any maintenance-related concerns. Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and supplies to ensure cost-effective operations. We’re Looking For Previous experience in maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, with a proven track record of leadership in a similar role. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency repairs and system failures. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and delegate responsibilities to team members. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
