We are seeking a Director who is: Ambitious and career-driven Business-minded and operationally sharp to run and operate a competitive business Exceptionally well-spoken and professional Competitive by nature Relentlessly committed to learning and growth Capable of building strong culture and strong people Outcomes This Leader Must Produce Hire qualified faculty while adhering to all HR regulations Ensure full onboarding completion (administrative, compliance, cultural) Produce faculty who feel welcomed, oriented, and supported Launch employees who understand and uphold our standards Lead ethical and generous HR processes (leaves, PFML, FMLA, terminations) Maintain 100% compliance in faculty files Comfort with difficult conversations, clear standards, and accountability Produce faculty satisfaction through meaningful check-ins Ensure teachers keep promises in the classroom and follow policies Lead leadership team members around their career growth, mood, and performance Build a culture where standards are upheld and teams coordinate effectively Onboard new families, protect and strengthen parent satisfaction, deliver on promises, communicate clearly during sensitive situations, and conduct regular check-ins Manage school expenses within budget, lead monthly and bi-monthly financial assessments, and produce under-budget or at-budget outcomes Maintain full compliance with State, Federal, EEC, SEA, and Cognia standards, manage licensing renewals and LEAD portal requirements, ensure faculty and child files remain compliant, protect accreditation status, and produce outcomes required for relicensing Leader Attributes Highly competitive Deeply committed to learning Comfortable being measured by outcomes Capable of leading 40+ faculty members Able to manage threats, obligations, and opportunities Business-minded and operationally sharp Ready to build a culture where others advance in their careers Leadership Team Responsibilities Align with mission and strategy Ensure members are in development plans Maintain appropriate moods to fulfill promises Drive continuous improvements Business Skills Required Microsoft Office Suite AI Capable JotForms SmartSheet Pay $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Education Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience Director: 1 year (Preferred) Location In person Ready to make a Difference?
