Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on freight and location. We aim for weekly home time, although some 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring models such as Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect an average earning of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: We primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
