MEP Manager

Employbridge is seeking a MEP Manager for planning, coordination and execution of MEP systems within a construction project. You will support for MEP systems, balancing, commissioning and validation certification of these systems. MUST HAVE DATA CENTER OR OTHER MISSION CRITICAL EXPERIENCE Position Purpose MEP Manager ensures integration/execution of MEP systems. Play a crucial role in managing all MEP-related aspects of a project ensuring systems are installed on time, within budget meeting all quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Design Assistance, planning and quality control Reviewing and expediting submittals/approvals to ensure timely project completion Supports PM and Superintendent to plan, organize and supervise the work of the MEP trades Skills & Qualifications Degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, technology education or building construction/MEP, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction/MEP coordination General understanding on building codes, mechanical/electrical/plumbing codes related to construction projectsExperience in mechanical and electrical construction/MEP areas Must have experience in leading project coordination, design assistance and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems in following markets: healthcare, telecommunications, data centers or other mission critical projects Strong leadership and relationship skills required Have proven track record as a MEP Manager for related projects with MEP scopes This is a traveling position in and around Texas as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
