Loan Review AnalystReview and analyze credit and collateral information for diverse types of loans, including ascertaining an appropriate loan rating. Prepare and occasionally present annual loan reviews for approval to various committees. Review appraisals, property evaluations, and various environmental reports. Prepare and compile various key management reports.Reports To: AVP Loan Review SupervisorEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage and perform annual credit reviews on commercial loan relationships, to include review of all pertinent credit & financial information, such as credit bureaus, UCC & title searches, various financial statements, the loan files to include both credit & collateral, and provide credit analysis and assign grading to same.Assess the adherence to internal credit and loan administration policies and procedures.Coordinate Appraisal/Environmental orders and complete reviews as assigned and in accordance with guidelines.Provide special reviews as requested to assess the state of certain loan portfolio segments.Input financial statement spreads using Flash Spread.QualificationsBachelor's DegreeMinimum three (3) years of review experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceComputer knowledge – Windows, Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of BankingCompetenciesIn addition to the Corporate Core Competencies, individuals in this position are expected to have the following skills:Communication – Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; participates in meetings.
