Position Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for running and monitoring molding machines, checking product quality, and keeping the work area clean and safe.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor molding machines as assigned (may handle multiple machines).
- Check products regularly for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Report any problems or defects to a supervisor.
- Separate acceptable and defective products.
- Grind excess material and check equipment as needed.
- Label and package finished products.
- Clean machines, conveyors, and work areas.
- Keep the workspace neat, organized, and safe.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Assist with basic assembly or inspection tasks when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
