Trauma-Informed Housing & Recovery Case Manager
Mental Health Association
Mental Health Association is seeking a Case Manager to provide trauma-informed, person-centered support for individuals exiting homelessness and entering studio apartments within a congregate housing site. The role is based on-site at Chestnut Crossing with substantial community travel to MHA’s Main Office in Chicopee. The Case Manager will continue ongoing support to help participants stabilize income, access medical care, pursue employment or education, and ensure accurate documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mental Health Association
