About the Role
We are looking for a Partnerships professional to help drive the growth of ThingsBook in the U.S. market.
The role focuses on leading strategic initiatives, building partnerships, and identifying opportunities to scale the platform. You will play a key role in shaping ThingsBook's early growth strategy and partnerships in the U.S., working directly with leadership to build a category-defining consumer platform.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

*This role may require frequent travel based on partnership and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and develop partnership opportunities with creators, brands, media companies, universities, and communities
• Manage partnership outreach and relationships from initial conversations through execution
• Drive creator programs, community initiatives, and growth campaigns
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams on strategic projects and partnerships activations
• Conduct market research and analyze performance to identify new growth opportunities
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business proposals for internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, creator economy, consulting, community growth, or startup operations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• roven ability to develop new partnerships and build relationships from the ground up
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Passionate about consumer products, social platforms, creators, media, and culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with creators, influencers, media companies, or consumer brands
• Experience at a startup, creator economy company, agency, or high-growth consumer business
• Familiarity with partnership management and collaboration projects
• Experience managing external stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives

• Job type: Full-time
• Location: Hybrid (Redwood City, CA)
• Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
• Applicants will be required to submit relevant work samples or case studies, where applicable
