Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Macon, GA
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $15.00/hour

Premier Staffing Unlimited is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for a local client in Macon. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and able to support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
• Manage emails and assist with general office correspondence
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
• Support office staff with administrative and clerical duties
• Maintain confidentiality of company information
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Professional attitude and appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
