Registered Nurse Daily Pay Available
Lincoln Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in nursing practices and a strong commitment to patient care. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing services, including triage, case management, and diagnostic evaluation in both outpatient and hospital settings.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing venipuncture, and managing medical documentation.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and admissions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed, maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in case management activities to coordinate care across multiple services.
Experience
• Current RN licensure is required.
• Experience in long-term skilled nursing care is preferred but we will train the right candidate
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are necessary.
