Role Description The Digital Marketing Account Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing clients’ digital marketing campaigns. This role includes managing PPC and paid social campaigns, setting up and monitoring tracking in tools like Google Analytics, and ensuring that campaigns meet performance and ROI targets. The person in this position will communicate regularly with clients, present results and insights, and collaborate on strategy, creative direction, and testing plans. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing data, preparing performance reports, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. The Digital Marketing Account Manager will also help refine processes, contribute to best practices, and support new business initiatives when needed. Qualifications Strong experience with paid media platforms and analytics tools, such as PPC, Google Ads, Facebook advertising, and Google Analytics. Proficiency in digital strategy and campaign management, including conversion tracking, optimization, and performance reporting. Ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear recommendations, using A/B testing and other optimization methods. Excellent communication and client management skills, including presenting results and managing expectations. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with experience handling multiple accounts and deadlines in a remote environment. Comfort with collaborative tools and remote work practices, and a proactive, accountable approach to independent work. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
