In this role, you will monitor activity, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver great customer service through clear communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM; Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM; Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM; Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM; Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor activity to help support authorized access throughout the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location. Communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding access issues, unusual activity, and/or policy concerns to help support daily operations. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
