Youth Case Aide: Trauma-Informed Support & Advocacy

St. John's Residence for Boys in Queens, NY is seeking a Case Aide to work full-time within a residential program for youth up to age 21. The role supports youth and families, develops permanency plans, and collaborates with the treatment team to ensure safe releases and continuity of care.
