Quick Facts Location: 7057 North Clio Road, Mount Morris, MI 48458 Start Date: 05/20/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday – Friday, 8-hour days Hours/week: 36 patient-contact hours + 4 admin hours Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Active Medical License, Board Certified (or eligible) Experience: Open to new graduates (2026/2027), preferred minimum 1-year outpatient experience Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 Annual Salary Range: $235,000 - $265,000 Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Prescription drug coverage Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) & Health Savings Account (HSA) Life insurance & long-term disability Retirement plans & Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays & CME allowance Tuition reimbursement & Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Relocation assistance & sign-on bonus Robust referral bonus program What You'll Do Provide comprehensive outpatient clinical care to adult and family medicine patients Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Conduct preventative care, wellness exams, and follow-up visits Develop personalized treatment and care plans; coordinate with specialists when necessary Accurately document all patient encounters in EPIC EMR Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Participate in on-call responsibilities as assigned Support quality improvement initiatives and community engagement efforts Foster strong patient relationships and promote continuity of care What You Need Medical License in Michigan (or eligible) Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Minimum of 1-year outpatient clinical experience (preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to engage with diverse patient populations About the Assignment This position is based at a community outpatient clinic affiliated with Henry Ford Health.
