Job Details:

• Day shift 5x12-hour schedule (07:00 - 19:00)
• Work in 11 main operating rooms and 2 ambulatory center rooms
• Handle 50-60 cases per day across multiple specialties
• Department includes orthopedic, orthopedic trauma, general surgery, general trauma, spine, neurosurgery, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy procedures
• Use Cerner and SaAnesthesia electronic medical record systems
• Provide anesthesia care for patients of all age groups including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Must have recent hospital experience
• Arizona license required for presentation
• Board certification as CRNA required
• BLS or ACLS certification required
• Phone interview with Dr. Weiss required
• 4-hour orientation provided
