Monitor vital signs and respond to health emergencies, escalating situations as necessary. Document and maintain accurate records for medications, behaviors, and treatment progress. Facilitate client/patient transport as needed and adhere to medication policies. Educate and encourage clients to participate in program expectations in a trauma-informed manner. Collaborate actively with the treatment team to identify client strengths and needs. Assist with admission, orientation processes, and report any behavior concerns promptly. Conduct drug testing and maintain communication with the treatment team. Prepare and facilitate group rehabilitative support and education as scheduled. Ensure a safe and clean environment while following organization policies and procedures.
