Exciting Opportunity for a Physical Therapist!

Job Description:


- Start Date: Fixed, no flexibility available.
- Location: 100-mile radius rule applies.
- RTO: No more than 5 days of request time off allowed.
- Unit: Physical Therapy
- License Required: Active AZ PT license in hand.
- Certifications: AHA BLS certification required.
- Case Types:
- Total joints
- CVA
- CHF
- COPD
- Sepsis
- Caseload: Manage 8-10 patients per day.
- Setting: Acute Inpatient Care.
- Areas Covered: Emergency Department and Medical-Surgical units.
- Required Experience:
- Understanding of pathology and lab values.
- Strong interdisciplinary communication skills.
- At least one year of experience outside of clinicals.
- Support Staff: Physical Therapy Assistants available.
- Scheduling:
- Rotating shifts: 5x8's with flex weekend coverage (2-3 days/month) or 4x10 (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat).
- No self-scheduling.
- Holidays: Rotation required.
- Scrub Color: Royal Blue.
- Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel hours equivalent to weekly guaranteed hours for the assignment-doubled for 26-week assignments.
- Charting System: EPIC.
- BSN Required: Yes.
- Trauma Level: 2.
- Care Setting: Acute.
- Contract Duration: 13-week assignment with guaranteed 40 hours per week.
