WhatYou'llDo

• Operate andmaintainCNC grinders, lathes, Bridgeport mills, welders, plasma cutters
• Perform tool and die machining using blueprints and precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot and repair gearboxes, pumps, and production equipment
• Refurbish and rebuild tooling for can-making machinery
• Measure and calculate raw material requirements
• Catalog andorganizeproduction tooling for efficiency
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with strict manufacturing tolerances
• Follow lockout/tagout safety procedures
• Operate plant equipment such as forklifts, lifts, and booms

What We Need

• High School Diploma or GED- Trade school preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
