$18-$19/hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist who is fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking). This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers and plays a key part in maintaining smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service driven, and comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage visitors and staff with a positive, professional attitude, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls in English and Spanish , providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate team
• Perform routine administrative tasks, including data entry, record maintenance, and updating information within internal systems and databases
• Accurately input, review, and verify client, vendor, and internal data to ensure system accuracy and completeness
• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently, coordinating with courier services as needed
• Support additional administrative projects as assigned, ensuring timely and organized execution

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (must be able to read, write, and speak both languages clearly)
• High school diploma
• Office, service industry, or retail experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and standard office software
