Production Supervisor

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturing organization in Wilson, NC who is hiring a Production Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits. The selected candidate will train on 1st shift before transitioning to the permanent night shift schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily night-shift production operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved
• Build and support a new production team of approximately 15 employees
• Monitor production schedules, employee performance, and overall workflow
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members
• Address employee concerns, performance issues, and operational challenges
• Partner with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate updates with leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Experience working in a fast-paced production setting
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, make decisions, and handle challenges professionally
• Comfortable working on the production floor around machinery and equipment
• Basic computer skills required; experience with production systems is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment knowledge preferred
