Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManaging rooms budget and financial planAccurately forecasting room's revenue and operating expensesMaintaining statistical and financial recordsPlanning strategic Front Desk and Housekeeping operationsSetting and achieving rooms' goals and incentivesRecruiting, training, and mentoring staffPlanning work schedules for individuals and teamsProactively engaging with guestsSuccessfully resolving customer complaints and commentsEnsuring events and conferences run professionally and to the expectation of the hotel's clientsPartnering with maintenance for repairsMaintaining professional relationships with contractors and suppliersCarrying out inspections of rooms and servicesEnsuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulationsWork with colleagues to deliver inspirational service to guests and associatesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEPrevious experience in Front Office and Housekeeping operations as a Director or above at a similar size and type of hotelBachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred, or equivalent experience requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingDemonstrated ability to lead a teamExcellent attention to detailFinancial savvyProficient in Microsoft Office productsHigh level of experience in OnQ, Hilton systems, and Alice preferred*The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
