- Serve as a liaison between logistics partners and internal teams.
- Analyze reports to ensure operational excellence.
- Provide shipment status to various business units.
- Identify trends affecting delivery processes.
- Support team projects and communicate effectively with team members.
- B.A. or B.S. with 5 to 7 years of relevant logistics experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in spreadsheet software and data analysis tools.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work overtime and travel as needed.
