As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll transform data, creative ideas, and community relationships into real client impact while learning the business side of homecare from leaders who invest in your success. Position Overview We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a field-based role focused on building referral relationships and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, networking, and driving growth through meaningful partnerships. Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral sources Generate and close new leads Conduct outreach including cold calling and regular visits to potential referral sources Plan and attend community events Track performance and submit weekly reports Manage your own schedule and territory Qualifications Comfortable with cold calling and in-person marketing visits with potential referral sources Strong relationship-building and networking skills Excellent time management and organization Confident communicator with public speaking ability Results-oriented, assertive, and competitive Ability to handle rejection professionally Requirements Sales/marketing experience or marketing degree Healthcare experience is a plus (not required) Valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursed) Full-time availability Compensation & Growth Base salary + generous commission/bonus structure Generous performance-based incentives Ongoing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
