Schedule Day Shift: 06:45 AM - 07:15 PM; on-call required (approximately four 12-hour shifts per 8-week schedule). Job Description The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment, specifically within a Level 2 trauma surgical unit. The RN will be integral in supporting surgical teams across various specialties. Responsibilities Scrub and circulate for various surgical procedures. Collaborate effectively with the surgical team including Service Line Experts and OR Support Technicians. Ensure patient safety and adherence to best practices in the operating room. Participate in on-call duties as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must possess BLS certification. Current RN license and certifications specific to role and aligned with state and federal regulations (e.g., CST). Level 2 trauma experience is a must; candidates without this experience will not be considered. Experience in multiple surgical specialties, particularly in orthopedic, neuro, general/GYN/urology (including DaVinci), vascular, and thoracic procedures.
