A mid-sized construction firm based in Arkansas has an expanding portfolio working with national clients building new retail and restaurant projects across the country. This company has secured several projects throughout the year and well afterwards which is why they are looking for skilled Traveling Superintendents.

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will report directly to the General Superintendent and take full ownership of on-site delivery for multiple retail construction projects across the United States. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading day-to-day site operations on fast-paced retail builds
• Managing subcontractors, schedules, and quality control
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards
• Coordinating with Project Managers and senior leadership
• Driving projects to meet aggressive timelines and budgets
• Acting as the senior on-site representative with clients and partners

For the Traveling Superintendent role, we are seeking:

• A strong background in retail or restaurant construction (essential)
• Not targeting solely quick serve restaurants
• Ground up Construction experience required
• Proven experience delivering projects in live or fast-track environments
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally on a consistent basis
• Confident, hands-on leadership style with subcontractors and site teams
• A self-starter mindset suited to a lean, high-trust organization
• Exposure to healthcare or medical construction (advantageous, not essential)

What's on offer:

• Base salary up to $105,000
• $600 per month vehicle allowance added to base salary
• Per Diem
