The Opportunity

\n

Strike Social is seeking a senior client leader who can bring together media expertise, strategic thinking and strong relationship management.

\n

\n

This person will initially work alongside Strike's existing leadership to support a portfolio of established client accounts, learn the business and develop strong client relationships. As they grow into the role, they will take on greater responsibility for guiding media strategy, translating campaign performance into clear recommendations and aligning Strike's internal teams around each client's objectives.

\n

\n

Unlike a traditional agency client-services role, this position provides direct exposure to the commercial side of the media business. The person will help connect client strategy to pricing, margins, revenue models, partnership structures and the overall financial health of the company. They will work with senior leadership to evaluate opportunities, shape commercial solutions and determine what makes an engagement successful for both the client and Strike.

Over time, the role is expected to expand beyond account leadership into a broader commercial position and include a commission structure. The right candidate will be interested in growing existing relationships, supporting new-business conversations, developing revenue partnerships and ultimately taking greater ownership of sales and client development.

\n

This is not a hands-on campaign trafficking or operations role. However, the person must have enough practical paid-media experience to confidently evaluate campaign structure, question performance, recommend tactical changes and speak credibly with experienced clients and prospects.

The Ideal Candidate

\n

The ideal candidate has meaningful experience on the media, execution or client-services side of an agency or AdTech business and is ready to broaden their scope.

\n

\n

They understand how campaigns work and can speak credibly about platform strategy and performance, but they want to move beyond the traditional boundaries of campaign and account management. They are interested in understanding how the broader business operates - including pricing, margins, revenue structures, partnerships and commercial decision-making.

\n

\n

They want to develop from a trusted media and client advisor into a leader who can manage relationships, shape business opportunities and contribute directly to company growth.

\n

\n

For someone with strong media experience who wants to expand into relationship leadership, sales and commercial strategy, this role offers a clear path toward broader business ownership.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Client Leadership & Strategy

\n

\n

• Serve as a senior strategic lead across a portfolio of established client relationships, with a focus on paid social performance.
\n
• Lead client conversations covering social media strategy, audience development, measurement and optimization.
\n
• Translate complex campaign data into clear insights, recommendations and next steps.
\n
• Present strategies, performance reviews and new opportunities virtually and, when appropriate, in person.
\n
• Anticipate client needs, identify potential challenges and proactively develop solutions.
\n
• Maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and build trust as a strategic business partner.
\n
• Coordinate with Strike's media and operations teams to ensure client strategies are executed effectively.

Paid Media Strategy

\n

• Provide strategic oversight of paid social campaigns, with particular fluency in Meta advertising.
\n
• Navigate Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager comfortably when reviewing campaign structure, performance and optimization opportunities.
\n
• Advise clients and prospects on paid social tactics, audience strategies, creative considerations, measurement and platform developments.
\n
• Lead informed conversations about YouTube campaign strategy, targeting, formats, optimization and performance.
\n
• Evaluate campaign results, ask the right questions of execution teams and ensure recommendations are supported by data.
\n
• Stay current on developments across paid social, YouTube and the broader digital media landscape.
\n

Commercial & Relationship Growth

• Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand existing client relationships.
\n
• Participate in pitches, proposals and new-business presentations.
\n
• Help develop pricing, rates, scopes of work and margin expectations in partnership with sales and client success teams.
\n
• Gain a working understanding of Strike's different commercial models and how they affect clients, revenue and profitability.
\n
• Support the development of media, technology and revenue partnerships.
\n
• Balance client objectives with Strike's operational capabilities and financial goals.
\n
• Develop into a sales and relationship leader who can originate, grow and retain meaningful client partnerships.
