HR Assistant - Care Pro Recruiting & Engagement We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused HR Assistant to help us find, hire, and support amazing Care Pros who make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be the friendly face of our hiring process—from the first applicant message to the interview, onboarding, and beyond. You’ll also help bring our employment opportunities to life through social media and recruiting marketing. What You’ll Do Recruiting & Hiring Manage ApplicantStack, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms. Review applications, contact candidates, conduct screening calls, and schedule interviews. Coordinate and conduct professional, welcoming Care Pro interviews. Answer applicant questions about job responsibilities, qualifications, schedules, and company policies. Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process. Verify references, credentials, and employment information as needed. Maintain accurate and confidential applicant and employee records. Partner with the Scheduling Department to help create high-quality Care Pro-to-client matches. Recruitment Marketing & Social Media Create and post engaging job opportunities on recruiting platforms and social media. Help generate candidate leads and increase awareness of Home Instead employment opportunities. Respond professionally to recruiting inquiries and online messages. Promote our mission, services, and opportunities to join the Home Instead team. Help maintain a positive and professional online presence. Care Pro Engagement & Retention Build positive relationships with Care Pros through regular communication and follow-up. Support initiatives that improve employee engagement and retention. Assist with performance reviews and ongoing performance conversations.Prepare and distribute the monthly Care Pro newsletter. Help create a workplace where Care Pros feel valued, supported, and connected. What We’re Looking For You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with lots of different people. Organized and able to keep multiple tasks moving. A strong communicator with excellent follow-through. Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems, recruiting websites, social media, email, and office software. Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information. Someone who enjoys recruiting, networking, and building relationships.
