Job Full Description We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Order Processor / Quality Control Associate to join our team. This position will be responsible for accurately processing orders, verifying products and quantities, performing quality-control checks, and helping ensure shipments are completed correctly and on time.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of catching errors before an order reaches the customer. Key Responsibilities

- Process and verify warehouse orders for accuracy.
- Pick, count, and verify products against order documentation.
- Perform quality-control checks on products, quantities, labels, and packaging.
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
- Prepare orders for shipment and verify all items are correct.
- Enter order and inventory information into warehouse systems.
- Print labels, packing slips, and other required documentation.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Assist with kitting, labeling, repacking, and other warehouse projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety and quality procedures.
- Work with the warehouse and office teams to resolve order discrepancies.
- Previous warehouse, order processing, inventory, or QC experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and understand order sheets and product information.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift and move boxes/materials as required.
- Weekly Pay
- $17.00/hour
- Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
- Monday-Friday
- Saturday when needed
- 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Two paid 15-minute breaks
- One 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Some overtime may be required when needed
