Start Date: July 6, 2026

Location: Southeastern Idaho

Schedule: 5x8-hour day shifts (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM), approximately 20 patients per case manager

Requirements:

• Active Idaho or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of application)
• BLS certification required
• 2 years of case management experience preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Must reside outside 100-mile radius from assignment location
